If you own a product or have what you consider a great deal of knowledge about the Plastic Injection Mould, you must have heard the term “Blisters”. If you deal with a local moulding company, you will find several moulding defects on your products. There are several causes behind this defect, including the ventilation, the process of molding and the material used.
If you are unaware of what a blister is, several different ugly images must be popping up in your head regarding the same. A plastic blister is just like a blister caused on a human skin. Aaargggh! I know.
Some blisters are bound to happen if you have millions of products made by machines. But if the factory is using cheap and unchecked machines to get the products done, a great percentage of output is bound to be full of blisters. That’s why you must only choose a popular and proven company to get your products done. Only choose a company/factory that has decades of experience when it comes to plastic moulding.
Some factories also use very cheap material to get your products done. It is advisable to always ask for some samples before. What happens is that many times, the customer out of excitement and curiosity forgets to ask for a sample. They only care about the discount that they are getting and nothing else matters for them. After their product becomes a flop, then they say OMG, what have I done. Don’t be that person. Take your decisions carefully.
